Soma Day Retreat
Only booking. Group min 4
SOMA Day Retreats are exclusive one-day experiences in nature, designed to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with your body from a more conscious, grounded, and present place.
In collaboration with Ecovinyasa, they combine Hatha Yoga, somatic practice, mindful breathing, nature, and organic food in an environment carefully crafted to foster calm, presence, and holistic well-being.
The pace of the day is slow and organic, without rushing or pressure. Every moment is designed to allow the nervous system to relax, the body to realign, and the mind to find true rest, enabling you to experience the journey from within.
These retreats are especially designed for travelers seeking authentic wellness experiences, private groups of friends or couples, and individuals who wish to deepen their yoga practice during their stay in Mallorca.
They take place on Fridays, by prior reservation, with a minimum of 5 people per group, in the natural surroundings of Sóller, guaranteeing an intimate, nurturing, and personalized experience.
More than just an activity, it's a full day of mindful reconnection: a space to slow down, feel, and return to your body from a deeper place.
Experiences available upon request.
