My story & the rebirth of Natur Holistic Studio
I am a Hatha Yoga teacher, and my teaching style stems primarily from lived experience.
For years I lived in London, in a fast-paced and demanding environment that led me to disconnect from my body and the natural rhythm of life. This process was the beginning of a profound change.
Returning to Sóller marked the beginning of a more conscious search: learning to inhabit the body in a different way, through yoga, breath, and nature.
Over time, my practice has been refined into a teaching style where the body is not forced or corrected, but rather listened to.
I work from Hatha Yoga, the biomechanics of movement, and somatic awareness, also integrating breath as a tool for regulation and presence.
I guide people to reconnect with their bodies, to move with greater awareness, and to find a more comfortable rhythm within themselves.
For me, yoga is not a form to be imitated, but a process of relating to oneself that is gradually discovered.
